Distance Session

I act as a facilitator between your body’s own inner wisdom and your conscious mind by focusing on your bodymind* remotely. Communication and tapping happens within my mind’s eye.
Your bodymind provide the priorities for the session.
Your bodymind has an inborn intelligence that guides all bodily processes.
Due to internal and external environmental stresses the communication becomes dysfunctional.
I use the structure of the BodyTalk system to observe and reveal these priorities, and as observer assist to re-establish optimal communication.
Healing is done by your own bodymind, I facilitate the communication between your conscious mind and bodymind.
As the healing is from your own bodymind, Bodytalk holds no danger as your bodymind will use its own inner wisdom to make the needed corrections.
The obverser is needed to provide the “external eye”/mirror to assist the bodymind to create a new healthy ‘perspective’ and re-establish communication.

Distance BodyTalk sessions explained

In distant sessions I work on your bodymind directly without your physical presence.
You provide your main concerns / focus for the session via email or WhatsApp before the session, plus a current picture of yourself.
I provide a voice note recording for feedback on the session.
Sessions last between 30- 40 minutes depending on your body’s priorities.
The length of the session is not indicative of the quality thereof.

Skype Distance Session

I act as a facilitator between your body’s own inner wisdom and your conscious mind by focusing on your bodymind* remotely.
Communication is verbal on screen using Skype/Whatsapp video call.
You tap lightly from time to time on the top of your head, over your sternum and navel under my instructions.
Your bodymind provide the priorities for the session.
Your bodymind has an inborn intelligence that guides all bodily processes.
Due to internal and external environmental stresses the communication becomes dysfunctional.
I use the structure of the BodyTalk system to observe and reveal these priorities, and as observer assist to re-establish optimal communication.

In Skype distant sessions I work on your bodymind directly whilst using Skype/Whatsapp video call (depending on your internet access).
We will discuss your main concerns before starting the session.
Sessions last between 40- 60 minutes depending on your body’s priorities.
The length of the session is not indicative of the quality thereof.

In-Person Session

You will visit my treatment rooms in person.
I act as a facilitator between your body’s own inner wisdom and your conscious mind.
A communication interface is created by placing my hand over your abdomen and touching your arm lightly.
I tap lightly from time to time on the top of your head, over your sternum and navel.
Your bodymind* provide the priorities for the session.
Your bodymind has an inborn intelligence that guides all bodily processes.
Due to internal and external environmental stresses the communication becomes dysfunctional.
I use the structure of the BodyTalk system to observe and reveal these priorities, and as observer assist to re-establish optimal communication.
