Sessions Your body’s ability to heal is much greater than anyone has ever permitted you to believe.

Video Call Session

Your body-mind provides the priorities for the session. Communication is on screen using video call#. You tap lightly from time to time on the top of your head, over your sternum, and navel under my instructions.

Your body-mind has an inborn intelligence that guides all your bodily processes. Due to internal and external environmental stresses, communication becomes dysfunctional.

I use the structure of the BodyTalk system to observe and reveal the most pertinent priorities, and as an observer, I assist in re-establishing optimal communication. The obverser is needed to provide a mirror to assist the body-mind to create a new healthy ‘perspective’ and re-establish communication.

As the healing is from your body-mind, Bodytalk holds no danger as your body-mind will use its inner wisdom to make the needed corrections.

In Video call sessions I work on your bodymind remotely whilst using Skype/Whatsapp/Zoom video call (depending on your internet access). We will discuss your main concerns before starting the session.

Sessions last between 40 – 55 minutes depending on your body’s priorities. The length of the session is not indicative of the quality thereof.

Distance Session

I focus on your body-mind* remotely. Communication and tapping happen within my mind’s eye. Your body-mind provides the priorities for the session.

Distance BodyTalk sessions explained

In distant sessions I work on your body-mind directly without your physical presence. You provide your main concerns/focus for the session via email or WhatsApp before the session, plus a current picture of yourself. I provide a voice note recording for feedback on the session.

Sessions last between 30 – 40 minutes depending on your body’s priorities. The length of the session is not indicative of the quality thereof.

In-Person Session

You will visit my treatment room in person. Your body-mind* provides the priorities for the session.

Your body-mind has an inborn intelligence that guides all your bodily processes. Due to internal and external environmental stresses, communication becomes dysfunctional.
